The "Blur Tool" softens hard edges or areas in an icon to reduce detail. You can also use Blur setting
to regulate this task realization.

To use the Blur Tool:

1. Select the Blur tool.
2. Drag over the part of the image you want to blur.

To change the Blur setting:

• Choose Effects > Blur image

  
  

To blur whole image:

• Choose Effects > Blur Image
