New File Creating
"New" command lets you create a new animated GIF.
To create a new icon:
To base the icon dimensions and resolution on the Work space , choose File > New. If the Work space
does not contain icon data, the icon dimensions and resolution are based on the last icon you created.
To create new animated image switch on "Animated file (ani, gif)" check box.
